Our rates will vary based on services requested. Here is a guide to give you a general idea. Please request a price quote.
Initial 30 Minute Phone Consultations – $75
At Home Hospice Consultations – $275 for the first hour, additional $150 for the second hour*
*Applies to visits within a 30 minute drive*
Home Euthanasia (with sedation):

Payment Options
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, or Venmo preferred. Mastercard and Visa have a additional 4% processing fee. We do not accept Care Credit.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 24 hour advance notice. For all at-home visits there is a $75 fee for change or cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time. There is a $100 fee within 2 hours of the appointment time. There is a $150 fee, when I am driving to your house or no one is answering the door at the appointment time. (Dr. Dale will wait up to 15 minutes)
Please understand that this fee system is necessary as short notice changes and cancellations seriously impact my ability to help other families and pets in need.
